From May 18^th to 20^th, “the 3^rd China-Japan Symposim on Old-age Support Industry and Policy" was held at Tsinghua University, and PKUHSC was responsible for the special forum on "integration of health care and old-age support". Nearly 150 people from both China and Japan attended the forum. PKUHSC Professor WU Ming made a keynote speech titled the “Analysis and Research related to Long-term care Insurance Policy”.

　　The 3^rd China-Japan Symposium on Old-age Support Industry and Policy has 3 special forums: integration of health care and old-age support, old-age support with technology and wisdom,compreshensive health and old-age support industry. Members from PKUHSC Research Center for Integration of Health Care and Old-age Support, from their own professional angle and understanding of the actual situations, respectively expressed their views on many aspects of health care and old-age support in the aging society. They not only investigated the policy but also presented practical cases.

　　Professor Kawabuchi from Tokyo Medical and Dental University,who specializes in the study of care-for-the-aged insurance, also made a speech. Professor Kawabuchiintroduced in detail the Japanese care-for-the-aged insurance and regional medical care system, and made many comparisons between China and Japan in this field.
