At 8 a.m., July 1st, the 100th anniversary celebration of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was solemnly held on Tiananmen Square. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, president of China, and chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Party members, faculty, staff, and students of Peking University Health Science Center (PKUHSC) gather to watch or listen to the celebration conference through television, network, radio or other channels, learning and understanding the spirit of President Xi’s speech.
