Prof. Li Zhanguo of Peking University People’s Hospital was recently appointed Associate Editor of Clinical Rheumatology, journal of the International League of Associations for Rheumatology (ILAR). This was his second term serving on this post, and he was first appointed in 2014.

　　Thanks to Prof. Li’s effort, the journal published in 2018 its first China issue featuring 40 papers from the research community in China. This issue showcased China’s latest contribution to the field, and made the journal an international periodic with the biggest volume of Chinese-sourced articles.
