Prof. Han spoke about tumor immune microenvironment and how it could be adjusted by TCM. In particular, Prof. Han referred to Prof. Li’s work where she proceeded from her study on ancient prescriptions and developed a new one that was said to be able to modify the immune microenvironment in lung cancer.
The forum was first of its kind cohosted by PKU and HKU. It was considered to be a milestone in the collaboration between these two universities in the field of TCM.
