On December 2, 2023, the “2023 Peking University-Macau Polytechnic University International Nursing Education Forum” jointly organized by PKU Health Science Center and MPU was held in the Science and Technology Building of PKUHSC. The theme of this forum was “global vision, innovation driven, and collaborative development.” The forum invited medical education experts from the United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, China’s mainland, Hong Kong and Macao. Teachers, core young teachers, and students from universities and clinical medical participated the forum offline.

　　The keynote reports of the forum focused on three topics—global nursing education development frontier, innovative talent training for education and teaching reform, and digital innovation-driven education reform. The frontier concepts and innovative practices of global nursing education were explored and discussed in depth.

　　The forum was one of the important achievements of the close cooperation between PKUHSC and MPU. It built a platform for communication and sharing among the nursing communities at home and abroad, and provided the nursing education colleagues with new ideas, new enlightenment and new prospects. It also facilitated the development of higher nursing education in Macao and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
